Artistic manifesto

In my creative work, I seek light—not only in color, but in a state of being.

It is important to me that a painting calms, heals, and allows the viewer to touch silence.

Light, to me, is a living matter—it transforms mood and connects a person with nature and their inner world.

Painting is not the reproduction of an image.

It is the translation of a state into color and movement.

Each layer emerges from sensation rather than from a predetermined plan.

While creating, I enter into a dialogue with the material, allowing texture and paint to speak first.

Nature is my constant teacher.

Water, sky, earth, and the path of light through them become metaphors for the human journey.

My goal is not to replicate the world, but to reveal how it feels from within.

Each work is a quiet promise to myself—to create beauty that inspires a lighter way of being.

Artistic practice

Rita’s art is the result of consistent work in the studio and a deep relationship with materials and techniques. As a professional artist, she creates original, hand-painted paintings and design elements in which creativity is understood not as a pre-planned result, but as a constant dialogue between surface, material, and light.

Rita combines traditional painting with experimental solutions, exploring the possibilities of surface, texture, and layering. This multidisciplinary artistic practice allows her to expand visual and material boundaries, while providing a wider range of means to express creative ideas. Materials are no longer just a means to an end in the professional artist’s work – they become active participants in the process, dictating the rhythm, density, and visual balance of the work.
